The reinforced layer of the hose does not rust, but there are irregular broken wires. If the hose is broken, the outer rubber layer is peeled off and the reinforcement layer is not found to be rusted, but the length of the reinforcement layer is irregularly broken, the main reason is that the hose is subjected to high-frequency impact.

When the broken part of the high-pressure hose is large or is about to break due to external force or system overload, the bone setting method can be used: wipe the broken part of the hose and cut off the broken part; insert the self-made steel pipe “bone joint” into the cut hose; use a self-made steel plate clip Insert the hose and hose into the cut hose; the “bone” snaps in; after cleaning the connected hose, it is ready for use

The rubber hose is broken, and the braided steel wire near the break is rusted. If the high-pressure tubing breaks, peel off the cover and check to find the weave near the break. The rust of the winding steel wire is mainly due to the action of moisture or corrosive substances on the outer rubber layer, which weakens the strength of the hose and causes high pressure rupture.


This condition is usually accompanied by a fracture of the outer layer. Abrasion or severe deterioration, so that the outer layer loses its protective effect on the reinforcement layer. At this time, the mechanical damage to the outer rubber layer must be checked and eliminated first. Chemical corrosion, high temperature baking and other adverse factors, and then replace the hose. However, there are also cases where the outer rubber layer is well maintained but the reinforcement layer embroidery is broken. The crack is usually within 200mm from the hose joint. Most of the reasons are that the hydraulic joint is unqualified. As moisture enters the inner edge of the jacket, the reinforcement absorbs the moisture, causing the hose to lose its compressive strength and rupture.
