What are the requirements for high-pressure hoses and connections
2022-11-14
High-pressure hoses are widely used in hydraulic supports, and the number of each support is about 10-30. Therefore, the structure, use method and connection method of the high-pressure hose will directly affect the working stability of the bracket.

The requirements for the use of high-pressure hoses are as follows: (1) Before use, check whether the model and length meet the requirements, and conduct a sampling pressure test, and use it only after passing the test. (2) Check whether there are exposed steel wires at the connection between the pipe joint and the hose, and whether the outer rubber layer is delaminated. If the above phenomenon occurs, the industrial dryer must not be used. (3) The coating at the joint end of the pipe joint must not be damaged or fall off, and it must not be used when it falls off, so as to avoid leakage caused by poor sealing. (4) The inner wall of the newly installed hose should be cleaned to prevent rubber powder and debris from entering the hydraulic system. The connection requirements for high-pressure hoses are as follows: (1) The hose should be prevented from twisting when connecting, so as to avoid early damage caused by changes in the angle of the skeleton layer. (2) After the connection, the length of the hose should maintain a certain margin, and the manufacturer of the Raymond machine should avoid the change of the length of the hose to reduce the bearing capacity. (3) The fixed clip of the hose should be placed on the straight line at the intersection of the curve and the straight line. The clip cannot deform the hose clamp, nor can it be too loose. (4) When connecting moving parts, enough length should be left to avoid straining the hose during movement. (5) The bending radius of the connection should meet the requirements of relevant regulations.
