Rubber hose is an elastic metal hose with good mechanical strength and sealing performance. Commonly used are nylon, ABS, PU and other materials. At present, it is widely used in construction, chemical industry, mechanical processing, transportation, ocean engineering and other fields. Rubber hose has two main materials: natural rubber and synthetic rubber; its main functions are: shock-proof buffer, shock-absorbing and noise-reducing, support, etc. ; It is characterized by oil resistance, high pressure resistance and cold resistance. So, how is it carried out in the actual production process? Below is an introduction.

Materials used for making rubber hoses

1.Natural rubber: Minor epoxy coal tar pitch, unsaturated polyester, natural rubber, polyvinyl chloride, neoprene, etc. 2. Synthetic rubber: styrene-butadiene rubber, oil and various natural rubber resins. 3. Neoprene: styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene synthetic wax, vulcanized wax, rubber resin. 4. Blended rubber: refers to the rubber obtained by mixing two or more kinds of rubber and adding adhesives, additives or glue to make a mixed rubber. 5. Corrugated rubber: refers to a rubber elastic body with a pattern. Corrugated rubber has excellent elasticity, abrasion resistance and weather resistance. Generally used in occasions with high mechanical shock absorption and sealing requirements, such as automobiles, ships, airports, etc.
Second, the production process and technology
Production process: The raw material of rubber is rubber powder, mix well, add appropriate amount of solvent (methanol, ethanol, organic solvent), heat to 100°C~150°C, and then press it into filaments or shape it with a mold. Then put it into the mold, use the pressure of the mold to stretch to form a hose; use a blower to blow the stretched hose away, then use the mold to cool to room temperature, and then firmly bond with the skeleton material. Generally, rubber hoses are directly glued to the skeleton during the production process; therefore, when making rubber hoses, special glue and various rubber materials should be used for bonding. If using a non-oily adhesive, wipe with a clean cloth dampened with gasoline or acetone.

Precautions for installation
The installation of the rubber hose should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements, and it must be checked before installation to ensure that there is no problem before installation. The rubber tube cannot be in contact with combustibles, otherwise accidents will occur. Because the rubber tube has a strong ability to resist external temperature changes and corrosion. Therefore, attention should be paid to the danger caused by improper use during installation. It should be noted that the rubber hose cannot directly touch the interface on the rubber hose to prevent damage to the hose.
