(1) When the ultra-high pressure cleaner is in working condition, the hose must not be twisted, and try to avoid bending. If it needs to be bent, make sure that the bending radius should not be too small, generally not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the pipe, otherwise the outer steel wire of the reinforcement layer will be stretched, the inner steel wire will be compressed, and the compressive strength of the entire ultra-high pressure hose will be reduced, which will eventually affect the hose. service life.

(2) When the ultra-high-pressure cleaner is in working condition, the ultra-high-pressure hose cannot be crushed by heavy objects, the sharp device is damaged, it is not bent, and the outer layer is protected from excessive wear; the suspension high-pressure hose should be fixed at a short distance.

(3) During the specific cleaning operation, try to avoid frequent opening and closing of the high-pressure spray gun to reduce the impact of pressure pulses on the hose and prolong the service life of the hose.

(4) When installing and removing the ultra-high pressure hose connection, it cannot be disassembled and tightened forcibly. Threads of connecting threads shall be protected. At the same time, lubricating oil should be applied to the outer surface of the thread during installation, and a protective sleeve should be used to protect the connecting thread after disassembly.

(5) When the ultra-high pressure hose is not used for a long time, the internal water should be drained, and the hose bending disc should be rolled flat according to the specified size. Special attention should be paid to bends near the ultra-high pressure hose connections. The joints should be coated with anti-rust oil to avoid contact with high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosive media.

(6) In order to prevent accidents when the joint falls off or is damaged, the ultra-high pressure hose should be equipped with a steel wire braided protective sleeve at the connection to connect both ends.
